Get acquainted with the methods of cultivating fruits and vegetables according the principles of biodynamics and the basic methods of processing and preparing stores for the winter.

Bernarda Orehovec with her lifetime work arranged the oldest biodynamic property in Croatia. More than 100 different types of fruits and vegetables are grown in her garden and she is still collecting old and forgotten varieties. Bernarda’s garden has been a training ground for schools in nature for decades, kindergartens and elementary schools from all over Croatia are coming, as well as information and educational programs for members of excluded groups, organic farmers and ecological amateur farmers.
Bernada’s garden is located on the site of the former family garden Zrinski and is in the immediate vicinity of the church of Sv. Jelena.
Bernarda offers a guided tour or one day practical and theoretical workshop about biodinamici/ecological farming. The workshop includes introduction to plant production, seed production and tips and tricks in vegetables and fruit production.
