Korenika rests on the edge of the village Šalovci in Krajinski park Goričko. One of renovated farms of Korenika is homestead Rotceni, known as cultural heritage with unique and interesting architecture from the time of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. From here leads the forest path till Hodoš lake that is beside others also a habitat of otters. On a guided walk you will meet great biodiversity of this hidden Goričko pearl. On the picnic beside the lake, tasting of home-made dishes you can listen to the local stories and songs.
